Reflection Workshop:

Your year in review 2022/look into the year 2023 with instructions for self-design

Lay down the stations, milestones, hurdles, challenges, points, moments of happiness of your year 2022, look back on it, let it affect you.

Recognize what has been done.

Frame/Setting:

You can design, do, and lay the reviews alone according to the instructions. You are in a small group (max. 10 participants) in which everyone works in parallel.

Max. 10 participants who will move, sit, write.

Please bring:

... a notebook, or exercise book, writing materials. I have the material on site. It might be helpful to have a calendar, if you like to bring photos. The imagination knows no limits.

For the concentration and the stomach:

I have a nut mix, biscuits, fruit, coffee and tea ready for you.

Please bring your own lunch.

You take with you:

- a visualization also called 4D mapping of your year.

- a photo of the result

- a collection of compliments and appreciation

- a letter to yourself for New Year's Eve 2023
